We are hiring a Tire Center Manager for a reputable company in Congo, Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Propose strategies to management for attracting and retaining customers
•    Train, supervise & manage team members to ensure service excellence
•    Conduct inventory on a weekly basis and prepare financial reports
•    Oversee the branch’s financial services and well being
•    Follow up with customer service and sales teams
•    Stay informed about competitor market trends
•    Manage employee labor relations
 

Key Qualifications:
•    2+ years of experience in managing garage or tire center management 
•    Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field
•    Knowledge in financial & budget management 
•    Fluency in French & English is a MUST
•    Proficiency in SAP or ERP System   
•    Age between 25 – 45 

We are Offering:
•    Working Days: Mon – Fri & Half Day Saturdays
•    Salary around $2,000 + $700 as Allowance
•    Commission up to $1000 based on targets achieved 
•    Full Accommodation & Transportation
•    One month paid leave & Annual ticket
