About this Position

This role supports core accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting. You’ll oversee key financial processes, resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and contribute to process improvements. This position also helps guide team workflows and communicates updates when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger updates.
• Review and balance prepaid, fixed asset, ATM, and other subsidiary ledgers.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while following established procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end close, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with team communication, cross-training, and workflow continuity.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Pay Range: $67-80k
