We are seeking an Operations / Logistics & Fleet Manager for our reputable company in Congo, DRC, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client relationships & support staff recruitment and training
• Lead bus operations & fleet management for daily safe transport
• Plan routes, schedules & deploy resources efficiently
• Manage budgets and KPIs to enhance efficiency
• Oversee maintenance, inspections & fuel use
• Enforce safety standards & reduce downtime
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Fleet Management Logistics
• Fluency in English & French is a MUST
• Experience in Africa is a Must
• Age between 30 - 45
Additional Information
We are Offering:
• Working Days: Monday to Friday / Saturdays half day
