Job Description
Analyze concepts, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs and cost breakdowns.
Source and compare vendor/subcontractor quotes for materials, AV, rigging, graphics, and more.
Calculate labor, machine time, and overheads using standard benchmarks.
Support tender submissions and coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams.
Manage commercial handovers and price variations/change orders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
4–8+ years of experience in estimating for exhibitions, scenic fabrication, or fit-out projects.
Strong technical understanding of materials and build methods.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, AutoCAD/SketchUp, and ERP estimating tools.
