We are hiring an Operations Officer for a freight forwarding company in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-efficient process optimization
- Liaise with carriers, customs & transporters to ensure smooth shipment
- Track shipments, manage schedules, & resolve operational issues
- Coordinate and monitor daily import / export operations
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Knowledge in ERP Systems & Microsoft Office
- Age between 24 – 40
- Fluent in English
Additional Information
We are offering:
- Working days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
- Transportation as per Lebanese law
- Salary around $800 - 1050
- NSSF + Medical Insurance
