Aldelia is recruiting for a leading Lebanese insurance group its next Head of Internal Control and Compliance.

👉 Your mission: lead compliance and internal control across hubs and subsidiaries, ensure full adherence to regulations (CIMA, AML/CFT), monitor financial and operational processes, train teams, and act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities.

🎯 What we’re looking for: Master’s degree in Audit/Risk Management/Internal Control, 6–7 years of experience (including at least 3 in insurance), fluency in French and English, with professional certifications (CAMS, CIA, CFE, CPA) highly valued.
