We're seeking a Junior Operations Manager with a strong focus on execution and analytics to join our highly dynamic team. The candidate will be a critical bridge between various teams, ensuring the smooth running of Syd Life AI.

Job Purpose

The main goal of this role is to translate strategic goals into actionable plans in various teams, including tech, product, and commercial growth. The role further involves managing key projects, supporting international launches along with partners and improving the OKR system across the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimised internal processes across teams
• Manage key projects end-to-end from planning to execution
• Support and manage international rollouts, pilots, and launches with partners
• Manage and improve the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system across the company
• Set up and maintain tracking systems and operational dashboards

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within a high-growth startup environment
• Competence in execution and analytical abilities
• Effective communication abilities and comfort handling diversity

• Ability to foster relationships and manage external stakeholders
