Job Description
PawPots is seeking a motivated Sales Representative – Veterinary to play a crucial role in establishing partnerships with veterinary clinics. As the Sales Representative for Veterinary Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with veterinary professionals to promote PawPots' products and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify Prospective Partners: Conduct research to identify potential veterinary clinics and professionals who align with PawPots' values and mission.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with veterinarians and clinic owners, understanding their needs and how PawPots can benefit their clients.
- Present PawPots Solutions: Effectively communicate the benefits of our DTC meal subscription plans and how they can enhance the well-being of pets.
- Negotiate Agreements: Collaborate with veterinary clinics to negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Provide Training and Support: Assist veterinary partners in promoting PawPots' products to their clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources.
- Monitor Performance: Track the performance of veterinary partnerships, providing regular updates and reports.
- Stay Informed: Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the veterinary market, providing insights to shape PawPots' strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the pet industry or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the veterinary industry and a network of contacts within the field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Passion for the pet industry and PawPots' mission.
