Job Description
This is a vacancy notice for a full-time on-site experienced Administrative Assistant.
The scope of the job covers:
- Provide efficient support for smooth office operations.
- Manage schedules and organize files.
- Handle correspondence and assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and effective communication.
- Prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks; bookkeeping, reconciliations, and other.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience providing efficient support in an office environment.
- Strong organizational & time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in handling correspondence and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills and Phone & Email Etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to give attention to detail.
- Fluency in English & Arabic, French is a plus.
- Basic Accounting knowledge: A foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
