We are hiring a Commercial Director – HVAC Division for our reputable company in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to drive company vision & ensure alignment across all business functions
• Oversee sales & business development initiatives to achieve revenue growth & market expansion
• Manage trading & contracting oversight while ensuring strong brand & supplier management for sustained partnerships
• Implement effective financial & operational management strategies to enhance operational efficiency & profitability
• Foster team development & leadership to maximize performance & support deeper brand penetration in target markets
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC or MEP sectors
• Proficiency in HVAC systems
• Fluency in French & English
• Age between 35 – 55
