You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B communication, CRM tools, and outbound sales strategies in the fast-paced world of IT services and consulting.
 

Job Description

    •    Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to introduce Infosys offerings
    •    Collect and qualify lead information for follow-up by senior sales professionals
    •    Maintain and update lead databases using CRM platforms
    •    Support email campaigns, follow-up activities, and appointment scheduling
    •    Provide feedback on client interactions to improve outreach strategies
    •    Learn about Infosys solutions, industry trends, and client engagement models

Qualifications

    •    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
    •    Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
    •    Good interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset
    •    Basic understanding of IT services and business solutions
    •    Ability to work independently with attention to detail
    •    Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
