Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a well-established hotel in Abidjan. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospitality management, be fluent in French, and already reside in Abidjan. A solid network of local clients and partners is essential, with regional or international exposure considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations: front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services

• Ensure excellent guest experiences and handle complaints or feedback professionally

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability

• Prepare budgets, monitor performance, and ensure cost control

• Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to ensure high standards of service

• Represent the hotel at local business events and within the hospitality industry

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a hotel management role.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
• Strong public relations skills and an established network of local clients and partners; regional or international exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial acumen, and operational management skills.
• Hands-on, service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management software.
