We are hiring a Logistics Manager for our reputable company in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily purchasing & procurement activities, supervise staff & allocate tasks
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Assist in conducting inventory forecast & maintain available stock levels
• Recruit, select, orient, coach & motivate employees
• Manage the labor issues of the warehouse staff
• Manage delivery & fleet operations
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience as a logistics manager or similar
• Bachelor degree in business administration or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP or similar
• Fluent in ENGLISH & FRENCH
• Age between 28 & 45
Additional Information
We are offering:
• Working Days Mon till Fri 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM / Half day Saturdays
• Full Accommodation & Transportation
• Salary around $3200 - 3700
• One month paid leave
