Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, extensive accounting and tax experience, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of accountants. This position will focus on overseeing financial operations for the Indonesian markets, making this an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Chinese and Indonesian markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 2 accountants, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development discussions.

SAP Expertise:

  • Anticipate processes review for migration in SAP FICO

Market-specific Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about financial trends, regulations, and market dynamics in the Indonesian coffee industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with market-specific goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure transparent and efficient financial processes
  • Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Indonesian language skills are highly desirable, as they would be a significant asset in managing the local team
