We are hiring a Head Chef for an International Restaurant in Downtown Beirut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation & presentation of international dishes

• Develop & Innovate menus that align with clientele expectations

• Control costs & budgeting without compromising excellence

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality & presentation

• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety & sanitation protocols

• Supervise & train kitchen staff

  Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in French or international bistro/fine-dining cuisine

• Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management

• Age between 30 – 45

We are Offering:

•  Working hours 9h / Day - 6 days / week

• $Competitive package

• NSSF
