Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a kids' entertainment company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging children and families, possess a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, and be adept at developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various platforms. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving attendance to events/venues, and promoting our diverse range of entertainment offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budget management.

  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and age-appropriate marketing content, including videos, graphics, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including website, social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

  • Event Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans for specific events, shows, workshops, and attractions, including pre-event promotion, on-site marketing, and post-event analysis.

  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and foster relationships with relevant partners, including schools, community organizations, influencers, and media outlets, to expand reach and promotional opportunities.

  • Public Relations: Manage media relations, including writing press releases, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with journalists and bloggers in the kids' and family entertainment space.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.

  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Potentially lead and mentor a small marketing team or interns, providing guidance and support.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a significant portion within the kids' entertainment, family leisure, or related industry in Lebanon.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand building.

  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the children's market.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for entertaining children.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
