Job Description

  1. Financial Management:
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Indonesian markets.
    • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of 2 accountants, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development discussions.
  3. SAP Expertise:
    • Anticipate processes review for migration in SAP FICO.
  4. Market-specific Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about financial trends, regulations, and market dynamics in the Indonesian coffee industries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with market-specific goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in the following industries is preferred: soft commodity trading (import/export); agricultural commodity procurement, processing and/or manufacturing.
  • Experience with multinational company is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate agility and the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure transparent and efficient financial processes.
  • Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Willing to relocate to Bandung.
