Job Description
Responsibilities
The iTeach College to Career Team aims to have all our alumni make it to and through college and get their first sustainable job aligned with their personal vision. This is their first step in pulling themselves and their families out of poverty. We do this work through four centers: Admissions and Scholarships, Near-peer Mentoring, Lifeguarding and the Career Center.
The Career Center empowers our alumni to crack internships, part-time jobs, volunteering opportunities, and when ready to graduate, great full-time jobs. The Senior Associate - Alumni Placement will catalyze these efforts by bringing on board a fantastic set of partner companies and project managing the entire placement process.

1. Building Partnerships with potential employers
- Identify companies and organizations that will hire our alumni.
- Invest and onboard potential employers and build strong relationships with them
- Design contextual and innovative programs to involve employers our work with alumni
2. Executing Placement Strategies
- Organize job fairs with strong outcomes
- Provide a diverse menu of options for our alumni to secure jobs: such as placement guarantee courses, fellowship programs, integrated courses, earn and learn jobs, and so on
3. Career Portal Management
- Manage the Career Center Job Portal for both the staff and alumni
- Maintain strong records of experiences of alumni and staff with companies
4. Research and Design
- Study and analyze the current job market scenario - What is a trend in the market, what is working out, what is not - studying the findings and sharing with the career center team
Qualifications
Prerequisites
- Required: Bachelor’s degree with strong performance
- Required: 2+ Years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: Experience in leading campaigns or driving partnerships - Knowledge of local employers and job aggregators in Pune
- Preferred: Work experience in the development space
Requirements
- Love meeting new people and building partnerships
- Okay to travel within the city
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Ability to manage work Independently

Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 5.1 - 6.00 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
