Job Summary:
As a Retail Business Solutions Specialist, you will engage with business customers in a dynamic retail environment, introducing them to innovative Apple and third-party technology solutions that transform the way they work. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses grow by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with business customers by understanding their unique goals and challenges and recommending the right products and services.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement, in-depth consultations, and expert product knowledge.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on business-focused solutions, providing guidance to team members and mentoring them on supporting business customers effectively.

  • Facilitate business-focused events, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers and colleagues on Apple ecosystem solutions and offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional partners to align customer needs with appropriate account transition strategies.

  • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools to track customer interactions, forecast growth, and ensure follow-through.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all business programs, tools, and policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Support various store initiatives, including customer-facing activities and events, contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing the unique perspectives of customers and colleagues.

  • Proven experience in business sales, account management, or customer consulting.
