We are looking for a detail-oriented Operator to join our team in Fourzol, Beqaa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and production equipment to ensure efficient workflow and product quality across all stages of the manufacturing process.

-Operate, inspect, and test production line machinery. Adjust controls to regulate operations when starting or stopping machines, and observe mechanical performance to ensure efficiency.
-Detect issues and diagnose machine malfunctions promptly.
-Make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
-Remove all non-conforming products for further investigation and corrective action.
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production line machinery, including dismantling machines, removing parts for repair, and reassembling equipment upon completion of maintenance, or report repair needs to supervisors.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area: clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery; clean machines and components using appropriate solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other cleaning tools.
-Install and perform equipment changeovers, including replacing or adjusting machine parts and attachments according to production specifications (e.g., changing from one product size to another).
-Collaborate with team members to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. Communicate relevant information clearly to operators across different shifts.

-Knowledge of the minimum conditions of safety, health, and hygiene, and the ability to respect these conditions.
-Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
-Post-secondary and/or technical school education.
-Experience in machine operation.
-Experience working with hand tools and hand finishing techniques.
-Experience in an industrial environment.
