Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented female to join our team as a Web Content Posting / Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for publishing engaging content on our website/social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice, style guidelines, and SEO best practices, and executing engaging social media campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools, along with strong communication and creative skills.
Responsibilities:
Content Publishing: Use content management systems (CMS) to publish and update website content regularly. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content for better visibility.
Multimedia Integration: Enhance content with multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics to increase user engagement and improve the overall visual appeal of the website.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of content to maintain high standards of quality, grammar, and style. Ensure all content is error-free and aligns with the brand's messaging.
Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely publication of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website analytics to assess the performance of published content. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to improve content effectiveness.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
