Hostess (Female) – Luxury Resort Restaurant
Location: Salalah, Oman
Position: Full-Time (6 days/week, 11-hour shifts) with on-site accommodation

About Us

Our upscale restaurant, located within the exclusive Salalah Villas resort, serves a diverse international menu, private shisha, and alcohol service. We cater to both villa guests (breakfast delivery 7:30–10:30 AM) and in-house diners (open 8:30 AM–3:00 AM), offering a warm Arabian-inspired atmosphere with world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely, organized manner

• Manage reservations, phone and email inquiries, and walk-in arrivals

• Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate seating times

• Provide information on menus, specials, and resort amenities

• Coordinate with servers, kitchen, and villa-delivery teams for smooth flow

• Ensure lobby and host station remain clean, tidy, and welcoming

• Handle guest requests, special seating arrangements, and VIP services

• Support front-of-house team during peak service hours

Qualifications & Skills

• Female candidate, aged 20–30

• Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages (French, etc.) a plus

• Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or front-of-house role in hospitality

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and polished, friendly demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

• Physically able to stand and walk for 11-hour shifts in a warm, humid climate

• Willingness to live on-site and adapt to resort life
