Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Supervisor to join our team at our luxurious resort in Rabat, Morocco. As a Resort Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations and leading our dedicated staff.

  • Manage and coordinate daily resort operations to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Monitor and optimize departmental budgets and financial performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and productivity
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of resort facilities and amenities
  • Implement and oversee safety and security protocols to protect guests and staff
  • Stay informed about local tourism trends and cultural events to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or related field, with previous supervisory experience in a resort or hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, best practices, and current trends
  • Familiarity with local tourism regulations and cultural norms in Morocco
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Supervisor) preferred
