Job Description

    •    Manage scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
    •    Handle document filing and internal communication
    •    Provide support for procurement, HR, or sales teams
    •    Maintain accurate records in line with company policy
    •    Greet visitors and assist in onboarding new team members
 

Qualifications

    •    Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field
    •    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    •    Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
