Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To maintain existing business with current clients and help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and delivery external/internal resources. also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that arise.
Service Delivery:
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services as per client requirements and timelines.
Client Communication:
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts, including performance metrics and feedback.
Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients to maximize revenue and enhance client value.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Policies, Procedures & Processes:
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day-to-day Operations:
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Art, Marketing, Project Management or equivalents.
3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Fluent in English.
Experience in marketing agencies is preferred.
