We are hiring a Retail / Store Manager for a reputable company in Congo, Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Prepare sales reports, analyze performance & implement improvement plans
•    Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow
•    Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
•    Manage inventory stock levels & coordinate with suppliers

Key Qualifications:
•    7+ Years of Experience in retail operations or store management
•    Degree in Business Management, Retail Management or similar
•    Age between 28 – 45
•    French is MUST
