Job PurposeThe Kitchen Manager's primary responsibility will be to supervise the daily functioning of the kitchen. This includes managing the kitchen staff, coordinating with the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient food preparation and service, and upholding high standards of hygiene. They will also be required to strategically manage inventory to control food costs and utilize their culinary expertise to maintain the quality and innovation of the menu.
