Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to lead our dynamic team, a leading marketing and events agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both digital marketing and events, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, booths, and activations. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire creativity, drive strategic direction, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:

    • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, architects, video editors, and other creatives.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Creative Strategy & Development:

    • Develop and execute creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns and events.

    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.

    • Oversee the development of pitches, ensuring they are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client needs.

  • Project Oversight:

    • Lead the creative process from concept to execution for all projects.

    • Ensure all designs and concepts meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

    • Review and provide insightful feedback on creative work, ensuring it aligns with the strategic vision and brand guidelines.

  • Innovation & Trends:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and events.

    • Incorporate innovative ideas into creative strategies and executions.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    • Present creative concepts and deliverables to clients with confidence and clarity.

    • Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

  • Marketing Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

    • Ensure creative outputs align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role.

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and event management, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, booths, and activations.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital and event platforms.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
