We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services in the market.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and generate leads
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, forecasts, and results
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience in FMCG retail or convenience sales is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Noida region and surrounding areas
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
