Job Description

The Role

Yyour primary responsibility will be to grow our client base and contribute to reaching our annual sales goals. You will be the front-line connection between our company and potential clients—crafting compelling outreach strategies, preparing tailored presentations, and designing onboarding experiences that convert interest into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts

  • Leverage your network to generate qualified leads and close deals

  • Book and lead intro meetings and presentations

  • Tailor proposals and pitch decks to client needs

  • Develop a structured client onboarding strategy

  • Collaborate closely with creative, tech, and strategy teams

  • Define and track KPIs tied to our yearly sales targets

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and CRM visibility

  • Represent the brand with clarity, confidence, and integrity

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years in business development or sales, preferably at a media/creative/tech agency

  • A strong portfolio of previous clients or accounts managed

  • Proven ability to hit revenue goals and grow client relationships

  • Sharp communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills

  • Experience preparing and delivering custom sales presentations

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and reporting

  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently

Additional Information

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,000/month

  • Bonus: Performance-based incentives (Comission + Up to 30% Salary increase per year)

  • Other: Potential equity/commission structure based on results
