Job Title: Jr. Site Engineer
Location: Africa

We are looking for a motivated and tough-minded Jr. Site Engineer to join our team in Africa. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision and ensure work is executed as per plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, team members, and management.
• Support in identifying and resolving on-site technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in site meetings and assist in reporting.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong personality with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and French (spoken).
• Ability to relocate and join immediately.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to on-site challenges
• Fluency in English and good in french (spoken)
