• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiovascular, and gynecology.
• Handle surgical instruments, assist with patient preparation, and provide post-operative care.
• Ensure compliance with OT safety protocols, including infection prevention, surgical site marking, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal care and recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless surgical operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid nursing license.
• Completed Data Flow and Prometric exam (if not already licensed in Qatar).
• 5-10 years of experience in an operating theater (OT) or surgical setting.
• Knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); Arabic is a plus.  
• Ability to join immediately or within a notice period of fewer than 2 months.
