We are hiring a Production Manager in Congo, Africa 

Responsibilities:

•  Develop production schedules to meet customer demands
•  Monitor production progress
•  Supervise, train and mentor production staff
•  Oversee inventory effectively
•  Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams

Qualifications:

•  Fluent FRENCH is a MUST & age between 30 and 45.
•  With 6+ years of experience in a furniture manufacturing and wood knowledge
•  Strong problem solving and leadership skills
