We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Project Manager specializing in Interior Design to join our dynamic team. As a Design Project Manager, you will lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional design solutions within project timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with clients, coordinate with a team of designers, and manage all aspects of the design process to create captivating and functional interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, project management skills, and a track record of successfully executing projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects, from initial concept to final implementation. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client expectations and project goals. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate their inputs into the interior design process and ensure seamless project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans and specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 15 years experiences in interior design. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methods. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
