We are seeking a Head of Operations for our pharmaceutical industry.
Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Develop operational strategies and policies
- Oversee the day-to-day activities and collaborate with all departments and branches
- Manage inventory, procurement and distribution processes
- Monitor KPIs
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular quality control checks
- Follow up on financial data
- Report and conduct business review with the CEO
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- Age 32 and above
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar
