- Creating quality processes and training processes
- Oversee and monitor the inspection and review surveys and designs to ensure quality standards
- Maintain high-level production rates to meet our customer needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Frequency: Weekly or semi-monthly (employees' choice)
Compensation range: $55k-70K/year depending on experience
Per Diem: Day Rate while in market $150.00
Close-out Date: August 31, 2024
Auto allowance: Personal Vehicle $850 Monthly/ or Company vehicle with no allowance.

What is Required?
- Knowledge of underground and aerial telecom construction methods
- Preferred 2 years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- QA/QC audit experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office, such as: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage activities for multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze information
- Must be able to collect, gather, visualize, and analyze data in detail
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills required
