Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and implement data solutions for clients. Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI. Manage data integration and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data. Perform system implementation, administration, and support tasks. Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards. Required Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, including Tableau Server administration, calculated fields, and visual reporting. Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Advanced SQL querying skills for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Scripting experience for automating data tasks (e.g., Python, R, or similar languages). Familiarity with Meditech, Mosaiq, Pyxis, and Kronos databases is a plus. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
