About this position

Our Technology Department is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting the technical solutions behind the products and services we offer. The department is divided into multiple specialized teams, each focused on different aspects of our technological infrastructure.

 

Client Channels Technology is a dynamic and fast-paced area within our Technology Division, dedicated to developing client-facing websites and mobile applications. As a team member, you will be responsible for developing and supporting external client-facing web and mobile applications in a collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day tasks may include:
• Creating and maintaining custom Cordova plugins, including hooks
• Performing annual maintenance on the codebase and automated build scripts to keep pace with changes to iOS and Xcode
• Maintaining certificates and signing, including certificate pinning, provisioning profiles, and push notification certificates
• Monitoring production feedback, crash reports, and analytics to address issues
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams to address proxy, software, and administrative privilege issues impacting iOS development or build processes
• Training web application developers on building and debugging hybrid apps
• This is a full-time position with a minimum one-year duration, requiring on-site work for device debugging via USB. The vacation policy is flexible with advance notice.

Skills/Requirements

• Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift 5.5, and C++ as required by Apple frameworks
• Extensive experience with iOS APIs, including Local Authentication, WebKit, and Networking
• Deep understanding of iOS programming concepts such as Threading, Crash Analysis, and Swizzling
• Experience with JavaScript programming using Node and Hybrid App debugging via Safari
• Familiarity with Git submodules, NPM package publishing, and Cordova command line tools
• Proficiency with the latest Xcode, xcodebuild, application loader, and iOS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $60-$70/hour
