About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.

What you will be doing:

• Review and analyze incoming project requests

• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources

• Prioritize and schedule projects based on organization's goals and priorities

• Provide updates and reports on project status to stakeholders

• Manage project intake process and ensure timely completion of projects

What you will need:

• Print & Mail in relevant field preferred

• Previous experience in project management or coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
