Data Entry Specialist

This is a contract opportunity.

This is an in-office opportunity in Bloomfield, CT.

 

About this position

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable using MS Office and has strong data entry skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Enter all production and indirect data into the Productivity Accountability Tracking System and Labor Management software that isn’t directly interfaced.
• Analyze each associate's daily activity data to correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transfers, and indirect requests.
• Work with supervisors to quickly resolve any data issues.
• Verify each associate’s start and stop times in the system daily.
• Review each associate’s activity to correct data issues.
• Accurately enter indirect time from logs.
• Download and analyze production data from handheld devices, correcting as necessary.
• Generate reports and create assignments in the system.
• Properly store raw data to meet retention requirements.
• Enter exception and adjustment logs daily, reporting any issues to area supervisors.
• Ensure timely return of logs to meet incentive pay deadlines.
• Archive all production and indirect logs for payroll record retention.

• Previous data entry experience is a plus.

Additional Information:

• 3-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

 

• Pay Range: $20-$21/hour
