About this team:

Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Generates statistical reports and analyses for management. Monitors team activity for quality control. Provides recommendations for enhancements to department processes and procedures. Maintain current operational procedures. Actively participates in all phases of product development to ensure a smooth transition into production for the users, clients and support personnel.

What you will be doing

• Provides technical support activities for a production processing environment.
• Perform needed automation to streamline the day-to-day operations using PowerShell scripting.
• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
• Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems.
• Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
• Communicates to system architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
• Writes technical specifications and other forms of documentation.

What you bring:

• 1 to 3 Years Good working Knowledge of supporting Linux based application environments.
• Basic knowledge of Windows platform
• Should have experience in Python automation.
• Experience on Devops, SRE.
• Experience with Azure / AWS.
• Experience with 3rd party tools Management.
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools.
• Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
• Must be ready to work in 24*7 environment.
