Company Name: Love holidays

Job Description

Why loveholidays?

At loveholidays, we’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers’ unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway. Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert - the smart way to get away.

The impact you’ll have:

We’re looking for a brilliant People Operations Advisor, reporting into the Head of People Experience & Operations, to drive key People projects and help build a people centric, data-driven experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in people operations, in a fast-paced and growing organisation.

Your day-to-day:

  • You’ll pull apart key people operations processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding,
benefits, etc), mapping each stage, identifying areas for improvement and developing processes to scale and support ongoing growth at loveholidays.
  • You’ll co-own our core HRIS (hiBob) and continually find ways to automate and leverage the full extent of the system.
  • You’ll triage, provide day to day support and manage the day to day administration for the entire employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for loveholidays employees.
  • You’ll manage regular reporting cycles and analyse data to continually find improvement opportunities and ensure we have one source of truth.
  • You’ll complete a full analysis of existing policies and support the re-launch of a revamped employee handbook.
  • You’ll manage relationships with key People and Culture vendors, utilising data to review service levels and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • You’ll support the Head of People Experience & Ops to deliver on high level projects, collaborating on initiatives including compensation, reward & talent.
  • You'll be a key player in the success of the People Operations deliverables.

Your skillset:

  • Experience within a comparable HR operations role; specifically possessing experience with creating process maps and standard operating procedures.
  • Well organised and efficient (you’re one of life’s completer-finishers).
  • You’re super detail oriented & attention to detail is a top skill.
  • You’re trustworthy and comfortable managing sensitive issues and data.
  • You’re dynamic and flexible - able to adjust to changing priorities & deliver quick wins.
  • You genuinely enjoy what you do (it’s apparent in your energy levels, the initiative and curiosity that you show in wanting to learn and contribute).
  • You are open to feedback, a fast learner and prepared to try new things (you’ll recognise this opportunity helps you to get to the next level).

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

  • You know all about scaling companies - you’ve worked in a high growth, fast paced environment before (tech is desirable).
  • You have experience working in a People Team that supports multiple geographies.

Perks of joining us:

Other than an amazing environment for you to grow, have impact and show the world your incredible skills, we offer the following benefits:

  • Company pension contributions at 5%
  • Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
  • Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends
  • 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave
  • Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers

At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams. And we value the insight and potential you could bring on our continued journey.

The interview journey:

  1. Talent Acquisition Partner screening - 30 mins
  2. 1st stage with Hiring Manager - 45 mins
  3. Final stage with 1-2 members of the broader People team, in office - 1 hour
