    Job Description

    The Director of Contract Compliance Supports program services quality and program and agency compliance in service to our mission by managing all aspects of contract and amendment intake, contract modifications, processing, execution, tracking, communication, file maintenance and storage.

    • Manage intake of all proposed contracts and amendments.
    • Receive and enter all contracts and amendments into the tracking system.  Notify the appropriate individuals of receipt. 
    • Manage the execution and updating of new or existing contracts and amendments within the required timeframes. 
    • Initiate communication with the contractor/vendor entity as needed to clarify any changes. 
    • Thoroughly read and review all new executed contracts and amendments and emails or other notices of changes to existing contracts. Catalogue and forward the requirements to the implementation task owners for their areas. 

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree in a relevant field with experience in a compliance/related role; or several years of directly relevant experience with administrative aspects of compliance.
    • Reads at the college level with the ability to break-down complex documents into easy to follow formats. 
    • Experience reading and following requirements of legal documents preferred.
    • Unwavering attention to detail, follow-through, and the curiosity and diligence to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams - and in Zoom.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability to change, and logical, sequential thinking.
    • Adept at conducting research to find answers.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively offsite with independence – integrity, goals driven, uses resources effectively, takes initiative.
    • Demonstrates alignment with our mission and values. Relevant lived experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrates satisfaction and capability to work effectively in this role as defined.
    • Willingness and means for occasional travel within our service areas.
