Job Description: Online Teacher (Remote)

• students through online classroom setting
• Assist students with assignments, respond to student questions and concerns, and assess students’ progress to ensure they meet all course requirements
• Create and update syllabus, curriculum, and homework
• Maintain office hours, greeting students as they enter the classroom, and reminding students of upcoming assignments
• Ensure that students have access to school and student resources
• Organize student activities
• Create and manage online classroom environment
• Provide students with feedback on assignments and assessments
• Develop training plans as needed
• Maintain student records
• Bill students for course materials and services
• Provide parent contact information to students and parents
• Communicate with parents as needed
• Provide end-of-year feedback to students and parents
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience teaching online
• Knowledge of online curriculum, asynchronous learning, and web-based technology
• Ability to teach lessons, assess, and evaluate students
