Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  •  Developing, organizing and reviewing design plans
  •  Ensuring that projects design meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards
  • Determining and scheduling different stages of the design process, in accordance to the client needs.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project design and ascertain whether phases of the process are in compliance with plans and project deadlines
  • Leadership skills, as they are responsible for managing and directing other professionals involved in the project
  • Technical skills, as architectural project managers need to use CADD technology to create plans as part of building information modeling (BIM)
  • Visualization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coordinate with architects and designers
  • Coordinate with different trade consultants (structure, MEP, FLS, traffic)
  •  Attend clients and design team meetings and create comprehensive reports and action lists

 Required Skills & Experience:

Revit

Microsoft Project or primavera

Proven experience working on big scale projects

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Architecture 

- 4+ years of experience
