Position: Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager who will lead all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service. Your main goal will be to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. As a Store Manager, you will provide people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and maintain store appearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators and company goals
  • Ensure all technicians are properly trained and performing quality installs or repairs
  • Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing associates for proper material display
  • Deliver world-class customer service by addressing client complaints and warranty issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to performance incentivization
  • 3-5 years of retail or service center experience, automotive experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce
  • Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
  • Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
  • Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs., working at elevated heights, and being on your feet for extended periods
