Join our team as a Windows Server Operations Specialist in this hybrid role, with 3 days onsite, contributing to the efficient operation of the Windows enterprise server environment using BigFix.

• Responsible patching, requiring collaboration with the engineering team and server business owners to identify patching and restart procedures.
• Includes standard patching cycles, expedited patching with after-hours and weekend deployments
• Working with BigFix to deploy/remove agents and applications to the Windows server environment.
• Generate reports within BigFix applications for security and audit requests. Extensive operational experience with BigFix, including application upgrades, is a must.

• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of Windows Server build-out, configuration, administration experience
• 3+ years working with the BigFix product, deploying patches, applications, and performing updates
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience required
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Contract Length: 1 year

Pay Range:

$54-$64/hr
