Role Overview:

HR Governance Expert, you'll oversee vital HR functions for ShopUp Group. Your role involves managing onboarding documentation, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating smooth employee contract renewals. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure accurate settlements. Conduct audits, analyze organizational health surveys, and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Maintain HRIS database integrity to uphold precise employee data.

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain all onboarding documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth employee contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of settlements.
  • Conduct audits of HR processes at the group level.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Administer and analyze organizational health surveys.
  • Compile and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop action plans based on audit findings to address areas of improvement.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Continuously update and maintain the HRIS employee database, ensuring 100% accuracy and currency of employee data.

Qualifications

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of diverse work experience in HR operations, compliance and governance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
     

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree from a reputed university
