Service Delivery Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Technical Lead, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You supervise the technical lead day to day activities as well as address customer escalations.

You will:
•Supervise and perform specific deskside support activities for a single customer 
•Coordinate the development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
•Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
•Assist with analyzing specific issues with the customer
•Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer

Essential Requirements
•4 to 6 years of related experience in a deskside technical support role with 2-5 years of related experience as a deskside technical supervisor
•Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
•Ability to set priorities and delegate
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
•Proven experience in a similar role with echnical certifications related to deskside support activities
