This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

About the team
The Wealth Client Support organization is made up of support professionals who provide application functional support services for AddVantage, Charlotte, Global Plus, Investor’sView and TrustDesk Trust applications. Application support capabilities span an ‘in-house’ scenario where the customer houses, operates, and maintains the hardware or an Application Service Provider (ASP), environment where FIS houses, operates, maintains the hardware and provides other critical services. Application support is the functional assistance provided to customers who have questions about, or who encounter processing problems with the functionality of the product. Some examples of issues requiring application support are questions about functional intent and use of the product, consult/screenshare assistance with accomplishing tasks within the application currently preventing business as usual activities.
What you will be doing
- Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
- Resolves client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
- Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
- Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
- Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
